How It Works

How it works

Three steps, and no obligation at any point.

Call and tell us plainly

You call 801-515-5453 and talk to a person, not a menu. Say what has gotten harder — the stairs, the nights, the driving. Ten or fifteen minutes covers it, and nobody asks for medical records.

We visit your home

Someone comes to your house, at a time you choose, and walks through it with you. What you want done gets written down in your own words. You set the standard; we take the notes.

Meet your caregiver first

Before any working visit, you meet the person we have matched to you. If the fit feels wrong, say so and we change it — no explanations owed. Then visits begin on the schedule you set.

Questions

Common questions

Can I really keep living in my own house?

For most people, yes — longer than the family expects, with the right help arranged early. The house you know is often the safest place you can be, provided the heavy work, the driving, and sometimes the nights are covered. If we ever think home has stopped being the right answer for you, we will say so plainly.

Will I have to sign a long contract?

No. Help runs on the schedule you set, week to week. You can pause it while family visits, trim a day in a slow month, or stop altogether with a phone call. People stop and restart all the time, and the door stays open either way. Nothing about this arrangement should ever feel like a trap.

What if the caregiver and I just don't get along?

Then you tell us, and we send someone else. You owe no explanation and there is no awkward conversation to sit through — we handle it. This person will be in your kitchen and your routine, so the match has to feel right to you. Trying a second caregiver is ordinary, not rude.

Will the same person come every time?

That is how we build it wherever scheduling allows: one regular caregiver, with a trained backup for sick days and vacations. You should not be re-explaining your house, your coffee, and your rules to a new face every month. Consistency is part of the service, not a lucky accident, and we protect it.

What is this going to cost me?

Help is billed by the hour, with a minimum visit length, so fewer and fuller visits cost less than scattered short ones. The total depends on how many days you book and what the visits include. Call and describe your week; we will quote you a real number for it rather than print a stale one here.

Is this nursing care?

No. This is non-medical help — the house, the meals, the rides, a steady arm, a watchful presence. Caregivers do not give medications, treat wounds, or monitor conditions; that is home health, arranged through your doctor, and the two can run side by side. If what you describe needs a nurse, we will tell you on the first call.

Your house. Your rules. A little help.

One phone call starts it. Call 801-515-5453, or send the form and we will call you — no obligation either way.
